Description of the new feature / enhancement

This feature allow the user to translate to a pre-defined language in a quick way from the PowerToys Run bar or with some keyboard command like, for example, win+t.

Scenario when this would be used?

This feature can bring to user an increase of productivity, once we are a connected world with differents cultures, allowing us to comunicate with more efficiency.
