Description of the new feature / enhancement

Please insert a One Klick Translator, to translate Text from Pictures ore other nonselectable Felds, with one Mouseklick!

Scenario when this would be used?

to translate text, that cannot be selected or copied

Supporting information

please make a translator, from english to German. Or like Googletranslator, where u can select both languages
