Third Party Plugin Removal

Description of the new feature / enhancement

There used to be third party plugins but now I cant seem to find them. There is no way to even install them.

Scenario when this would be used?

There are small features not here which used to be there via these like a currency converter plugin I used to use alot!

i am looking for a currency converter too. could it be added to power toys run in the future?
would make a nice addition to the unit converter.

If someone made one, you can install them, we just don't formally support 3rd party plugins. you'd uninstall same way you installed it. There are a few i'm aware of like a community member made one for Everything search tool

Currency converter would require a service to call into.
