Add power tool to translate text

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Along Text Extractor, have an option to translate text that has been captured to an other language (e.g. English -> French)

Scenario when this would be used?

When the text tp capture is in a foreign language. With such tool we will not have to paste it in another tool like Google Translate.
