Add Microsoft translate app to power toys run plugins

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I would like to see the option to translate from another language as a plugin pulled from the Microsoft Translator app into Power Toys Run. Being able to globally translate instantly without having to open any app would be amazing.

Scenario when this would be used?

I would be able to use this constantly anytime that I come across a language I don't speak which is most of them as I only speak English. However, I'm constantly running into other languages such as Chinese and and Russian. Being able to quickly hold down alt and space to copy and paste to translate would not only be convenient but would escalate and enhance my workflow.

It would also increase my usage of Microsoft Translate instead of relying on 3rd party translating as it would be convenient and within a few hot keys away.
