Description of the new feature / enhancement

The Shortcut Guide for Windows is useful, but having the ability to do the same in an application would be much cooler. The shortcuts could be stored in separate files on GitHub that the PowerToy can get when updated.

Scenario when this would be used?

Open Microsoft Word and be able to see the shortcut keys in that program to be able to bold text, insert table etc.
The same could go for Adobe products like PhotoShop.
