Description of the new feature / enhancement

It would be really helpful for users if we could get a way to translate a part of the screen similar in style to the text-extraction feature.

Scenario when this would be used?

I, personally would use it for:

  • Doing Salient Language Homework.
  • Reading Japanese Manga
  • etc...
