Description of the new feature / enhancement

Define any word in short and translate it instantly, even without the Internet, and it is in all languages

Scenario when this would be used?

For example, I am on a website and I want to translate a word quickly. I click on the shortcut and a place appears to select the text and translate it into any language

Supporting information

Translating words, especially in the basic languages, and do not forget Arabic
