Description of the new feature / enhancement

Boolean Option to enable PowerToy tool shortcuts to appear in the shortcut guide.

When enabled, adds each of the currently active module shortcuts ino the guide.

Scenario when this would be used?

I like many of the PowerToy tools that have a shortcut to activate, but often forget the shortcut, so end up never using them, this would make it quicker to find out the shortcuts for it.
