Environment

Windows build number: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19041.264]
PowerToys version: 0.18.1
PowerToy module for which you are reporting the bug (if applicable): PowerToys Run

Steps to reproduce

Try to search Windows Terminal with the term "TER."

Expected behavior

I expected PTRun to prioritize results that have a word starting with the term I'm searching for. In several cases I get offered results that have my search term in the middle or in the end of a word, and that's not how searching works in my opinion. If I search for "TER," I expected to get offered "windows TERminal" before results like "twitTER" or "inTERnet explorer."

Actual behavior

For example, I'm searching for Windows Terminal by typing "TER" and getting results like twitTER, inTERnet explorer, rainmeTER, but windows TERminal — the only result with a word beginning with my search term — gets buried behind them. E.g. I don't think anyone would search Twitter by typing TER, I don't think that's the intended behavior.

Screenshots

The desired result is highlighted with green.
Weird results are highlighted with a "?" I also get weird results like Rainmeter listed twice, and searching "KE" prioritizing OneDrive for some reason, but that's an another issue.

And I also want to say that I'm very excited for PowerToys, it's definitely one of the most interesting apps by Microsoft in my opinion, and you're doing an awesome job!

Strictly speaking, "Windows Terminal" does not start with "ter", but I see what you mean. This would need an extra evaluation of the results, using whole words.
