Steps to reproduce

I've defined a remap shortcut
FROM: CTRL(left)+Alt(right)+'
TO: `

✔️ Expected Behavior

have the remapping working

❌ Actual Behavior

Using the shortcuts continuously on different applications (text editors), after a variable number of shortcuts, all the shortcuts are not more working.
