Summary of the new feature/enhancement

There are a lot of links/helpers in the start menu search to commonly used settings in the control panel/settings apps. It'd be great to be able to search and surface these as part of the Power Toys run search as well. E.g.

Currently Power Toys Run provides no suggestions:

hi @hawkerm, is this covered in #3386 and #4133? If so, I'll close the issue as a duplicate.

Thanks @saahmedm 'settings' and 'pt run' show up a lot, so I guess my search-fu wasn't good enough in this case.

I think between those and the other tracking item #4143 we should be good, thanks!
