How to mount contextmenu to a DOM element outside of the editor container?

The context menu is clipped because it is inside the container, like this:

I have tried these options:

  fixedOverflowWidgets: true,
  overflowWidgetsDomNode: portal.node,
}

But none of them works.

The overflowWidgetsDomNode is created:

But the contextmenu is still in its old place:
