pac copilot list with --output json

It would be extremely helpful to have the pac copilot list in JSON output format. This would aid in automating the publishing and status checks, eliminating the need for parsing or scripts like:

Suggestion: pac copilot list --json

Using the JSON output would also help in querying results, especially if there are multiple Copilot implementations in the environment.

(btw: In my opinion, any 'get' or 'list' command in the CLI should support JSON output)
