Any way to set an updated security group when copying an environment? CLI or Admin Powershell

We're currently trying to build something that copies an environment through a pipeline. At the end, the associated security group for membership is set to the source environment's, and we'd like to change this as a part of the pipeline.

This doesn't appear to be possible currently through CLI or Pipeline?

Is anyone aware of if this is supported, or if there is an associated BAP api call we could leverage to push the change?
