Getting Invalid URI Error when Downloading and Uploading Power Pages Files. Error: Invalid URI: The hostname could not be parsed.

I'm trying to download the Power Pages files using pac powerpages download. Here is my command:

pac pages download --path "F:\Dev\Temp" --webSiteId XXXXXXX --modelVersion 2 -o

I can see all the files download, but it end up with an error:

Error: Invalid URI: The hostname could not be parsed.

When I tried to run the Upload command, it shows the same error:

My pac tool version is 1.32.8+gf89d946
The dataverse version is 9.2.24063.00176
The portal version is 9.6.5.5
I am using the power pages enhanced data model.

me too, the problem appeared in devops in the middle of the week (and on desktop). Tuesday it worked, Thursday the error appeared.

I raised this with Microsoft via Power Platform support (TrackingID#2408220030007796), and they asked me to find the yaml file associated with "Update-Contact-Condition-deleted" . They then suggested I try deleting the adx_nextstep: '' line from the yaml file.

I have tested this and seems to be a valid workaround.

Hopefully a permanent fix comes with the next pac cli update.

apparently the problem is related to inactive multi form steps.
I had one, once deleted in the database, I was able to export my site again.
I found it with the "-deleted" in the name and was able to delete the record in dataverse

I raised this with Microsoft, they said it's been resolved but it didn't worked for me...

But in our case it is because of the new "Column profiles" . Deleted all the column profiles, it started working....
