Need Spector scenario for orphaned namespace

If a namespace contains only models that are not used in any operations, these models will be trimmed by default in CSharp. I suspect other languages might have a similar mechanism in place. But even if they don't, this is an interesting scenario that should be validated via Spector scenario.
