Does this occur consistently?
Repro steps:

Action: azureAccount.onSessionsChanged
Error type: 125
Error Message: Cannot find subscription with id: redacted:id

Version: 0.24.0
OS: darwin
OS Release: 24.1.0
Product: Visual Studio Code
Product Version: 1.66.2
Language: en

It looks like you're experiencing an issue with Azure login. If this problem continues, please kindly open an issue in https://github.com/Microsoft/vscode-azuretools , as we use this package to manage the login process.
