Add Rust 1.39 async/await feature to sapper?

我对比了hyper 0.10.16和hyper 0.13.9，发现旧版的Handler trait已经被移除了，官网上的教程都是写异步函数。

看来我们需要自己定义类似Handler这样的trait？

I am constructing superpoll and porting hyper to it, and then I will update sapper to this new hyper branch, but that shall be not soon.
