[Bug]: mmap is not enabled in all the CI/e2e pipelines

Environment

- Milvus version: latest
- Deployment mode(standalone or cluster): both
- MQ type(rocksmq, pulsar or kafka):    all
- SDK version(e.g. pymilvus v2.0.0rc2):
- OS(Ubuntu or CentOS): 
- CPU/Memory: 
- GPU: 
- Others:

Current Behavior

mmap is not enabled in all the CI/e2e pipelines

Expected Behavior

Enable mmap in some of the CI/e2e pipelines:
suggest the pipeline of "cluster-pulsar"

Steps To Reproduce

set "queryNode.mmap.mmapEnabled: True" in milvus.yaml when deploy milvus
