[Bug]: Proxy OOM due to large RESTful query

- Deployment mode(standalone or cluster):
- MQ type(rocksmq, pulsar or kafka):    
- SDK version(e.g. pymilvus v2.0.0rc2):

Current Behavior

The memory usage during JSON marshalling (when returning RESTful query result) is too high, leading to the proxy OOM.
