This is what i did the last time I decommissioned a EKS cluster

1 Remove as much code related to the cluster and still have a valid plan then apply locally to remove objects
2 Repeat 1 if possible
3 Manually delete objects via console that terraform was unable to remove
4 Manually remove objects from the state file

Which was very messy is there a better way ? @jacobwoffenden @Gary-H9
