User Story

As an engineer
I expect to… be able to run all testing locally
So that… I don't need to rely on an external API / Slack etc

Value / Purpose

Reduce the need to reach out to external API / Slack etc. Enables local testing.

Additional Information

Can use webmock or something like vcr gems.

Definition of Done

  • Tests no longer need to reach out to the internet to work
  • Tests simulate the behaviour of the API accurately
