User Story

As a… Cloud Ops Admin
I need/want/expect to… be able to see logs in cloud platform kibana
So that… I can tell what is going on with the app

Value / Purpose

At the moment, very little is being output to STDOUT from the application, only standard Ruby puma is starting type messages. In particular, nothing relating to the activity of the bot is going to STDOUT and is therefore not being picked up by the Cloud Platform Kibana.

Logging activity will aid in troubleshooting and record activity for future in the application.
