There is this: https://github.com/mixxxdj/mixxx/wiki/troubleshooting#how-can-i-move-my-music-to-another-folder-or-hard-drive-without-losing-information-like-bpm-or-cue-points, but it only gives instructions for Linux.

A windows version would be great.

The music directory migration has been fixed, thesel manual steps are not required anymore.
Just move your music and relink the directory/ies:
https://manual.mixxx.org/2.4/en_gb/chapters/preferences/library#library
