Go through the package and consider if it's good enough from a UX/UI standpoint.

set up a new project with it
check all default provided view elements from bugs to mobile optimization in order to reduce noise before going to a designer and asking them for tipps
go to a designer and get input on how to improve given stuff in terms of positioning etc. (not really changing)
ask if if would be good to have an own color scheme (in case yes: should be possible with min. effort)
maybe they create a backlog of ideas for us
