EPIC
As a registered user I can be assigned roles.

PLATFORM ROLES

admin
- can assign/withdraw roles
- can create/modify/destroy presses
- can create/modify/destroy content
- can create/modify/destroy registered users

PRESS ROLES
Are scoped to an individual press

admin
- can assign/withdraw roles
editor
- can create/modify/destroy content
user
- can be assigned a role (the purpose of this role is to filter registered users visibility)

NOTE: Destroy may result in dangling references, perhaps it shouldn't be allowed or perhaps not accessible from the GUI.
