Provide information in documentation with size requirements for featured images

While the defaults work perfectly with abstract images, other types of images get cropped awkwardly. I had to look up the CSS to see that the theme sets a minimum height of 400px for the featured image. Nevertheless, "getting it right" is somewhat difficult.
