Key Reference, Quickstart potentially confusing #155

The PDF Key Reference is for version 1.3, which while potentially useful for users working on the shipped firmware, may be confusing for anyone working on the latest firmware.

@scanner-darkly proposed an updated Key Reference which could be built in the same way the manual and cheatsheet are.

Additionally the Quickstart section of the manual should include clearer links or references to other parts of the manual so as not to give the impression of being the complete reference on a particular topic.
