现在如果downstream用户使用pyncm，pyright会在大部分被decorator包裹的函数调用处报错。因为pyright没办法推导出返回的类型。
- 参考：Better type inference for decorators. microsoft/pyright#774
async branch中的大部分函数都应该被标记成async。
