SendTo menu missing entries #555

the items in the SendTo menu when we right click on file, are missing. Only bluetooth file transfer is showing. Normally all the entries should be visible like. SendTo Desktop, Documents etc..

have the same issue here. its working on one laptop but not on the others. Same windows 11 install from last night 24H2 version 26100.2605, working on my Alienware, not working on my Latitude Rugged laptop and tablet.
