There's URLs we are getting that aren't the "original" URL (what shows up in the URL bar, what the user expects).

We can use URIFixup to fix these. Investigating createExposableURI might help too.

Fixed in b600a91, but I can't actually create the weird URLs that we're seeing in the wild, so I don't know how well it really works.
