Mods control the stack order rather than the computer. Basically let users request stack, show mods the order of users requesting stack, then mods will place them in stack in the order they decide. This will allow complete modularity, mods can choose to prog stack or not. Basically a Trello like experience with three "columns", stack, requests to get on stack, users in meeting.
Each user will have a "number of times spoken" count as well, and mods will have a button to clear this count for all meeting participants when a topic has been completed.
Suggestion for p2p like app but I have no idea how this would work tbh and will have to investigate a lot more. Maybe be best to write a monolithic style app first to get it running and the tool out to people now, then investigate how to handle p2p style app for more security and less potential for data leakage.
