`wastewatchR` is a stochastic branching process-based model of infectious disease dynamics and transmission developed to assess and evaluate the utility of different surveillance approaches, with a particular focus on wastewater surveillance.
## Installation
You can install the development version of `wastewatchR` from GitHub using:
