App crashes when labels don't match data #146

To reproduce:

load rdscs dataset - which contains trees labelled t1, t2, as well as properly labelled data
Load trees from file
Begin search.
BOOM.

or:

Load data from file
Load inbuilt matrix
Attempt to load data from file & run search
BOOM.

Hopefully fixed in v1.3.2.9001 , but needs testing
