The titles of the following sections in the Sensor Settings page are confusing:

Found sensors

Describe the solution you'd like
Sections are renamed to the following, respectively:

Linked sensors
Available sensors

Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
