import is still set to 90 dpi #1

Hi, I noticed that while scalebar has been fixed (regarding 90 -> 96 dpi changes), importing has not.

3dtosvg.py and thetosvg.py should have all default dpi values set to 96.

Also the version at http://jaskinie.jaszczur.org/caveink-beta3/ is old and should be updated.
