Issue Description

I am trying to attach the debuggeer to a running exe process using following launch.json

{
  "configurations": [
    {
      "name": "Attach to process",
      "type": "clr",
      "request": "attach",
      "processId": 16908,
      "requireExactSource": false
    }
  ]
}

where 16908 is the process id of the running exe.
The debugger starts, but after couple of second it exits with an error:

Failed command 'configurationDone' : 0x80070057

Any idea how to fix that?

This is not happening in vscode with official omnisharp. There the debugger runs smooth.

Expected Behavior

The debugger starts.

Actual Behavior

Error: Failed command 'configurationDone' : 0x80070057

I will look into this, but I guess that this error may be caused by the samsung debugger itself.
It would be very nice if you add a repro sample project so I could investigate this error more easily.
