[data grid] Replace ExcelJS

Motivation

• ExcelJS is not actively maintained and has many issues
  • Security vulnerability coming from ExcelJS: [data grid] Snyk warning for inflight through exceljs #13187
  • Fix 'unsafe-eval' CSP issue: Fix 'unsafe-eval' CSP issue exceljs/exceljs#2672
  • Replace unzipper: [Breaking] Replace unzipper with yauzl-promise exceljs/exceljs#2687
  • Bundle size heavy but doesn't need to be: Replace zip dependencies for CompressionStream browser API exceljs/exceljs#2703

Alternatives

• Fork ExcelJS and keep "external dependencies"
• Replace external dependency with internal code
• Use alternative library https://github.com/SheetJS/sheetjs
