Add error messaging to bad nanobox evar add command #338

If value of environment variable is blank, nanobox simply outputs blank lines and exits 0

$ nanobox evar add local TRANSACTION_KEY=$AUTHNET_TRANSACTION_KEY

Instead, a message saying that it failed and why would save debugging time.

Not that the version is trackable, but:

  • nanobox version 0.9.0 (86ca0e00d15da429bf503c635b3c7afc)
  • ubuntu 16.10
