PLC -Prussian revolts

I'm not sure whether it's supposed to be like this or I'm doing something wrong but this has been very annoying. I tried out the PLC and fought against Prussia. After the first war for Danzig's liberation, I built a strong army and allied France so I crushed the Prussians when the truce ended. I took two states East and West Prussia. Almost immediately after the war ended, I got an event abt ceding a province back to Prussia. Two options: Give up or fight them again. I saved the game and chose the "fight" option. It immediately gave me a white peace with Prussia and forced me to give up a province I had literally JUST received. This is unbelievably annoying, Prussia gets free stuff back despite losing a war against me is pretty dumb and not fun. They got it for free, and I got nothing please fix this. I went back to see what the give-up option was but it was essentially the same thing but I also lost 10 prestige. I know it's just one province but it really isn't fun to see your hard work getting undone in less than a year without any effort from the AI.
