Fixes #1293
Removes all cases of redundant "return;" statements on the last line of void functions.

Testing performed
None, prior to submission.

No impact on behavior.

@thnkslprpt Can you fix the issue pointed out in the format check workflow (https://github.com/nasa/osal/actions/runs/3140720443/jobs/5102405011: it looks very similar to the one for PSP#360)? In this case, it looks like:
void task_generic_with_exit(void)
{
} /* end task_0 */

should be replaced by:
void task_generic_with_exit(void) {} /* end task_0 */

in osal-core-test.c. Thank you for your contributions!

Also, installing and running clang-format-10 should fix the format issues for you.
