This library is written for Python2. I am happy to do a python3 conversion if none is in the works yet.

Edit: I see, it's mainly an import issue. The module does not work due to circular import, but if you install the future package, the python file can indeed be loaded, though it throws errors.

I did not find time yet todo a python3 conversion. If you like to do it .. have fun :D
