It only has a single icon reference in the page that I can see:

But based on my reading of the code, I would expect it not to find that at all, and return "Not Found" instead of "Error"
I also find a /favicon.ico at https://www.kroger.com/favicon.ico which would be found as a fallback case.
So I don't know where the error is really coming from.
Anyway, is this situation fixable?
