Adds the Guatemala municipalities (municipo) as CiviCRM counties.
The extension is licensed under AGPL-3.0.

Enable as a regular CiviCRM extension.
On a contact record, under the address section, select Guatemala, then a state/province (departamento). A list of counties (municipo) will then be loaded for that state/province.
One enabled, the extension can be uninstalled.
