Copy content to different siteGroups #22

I this plugin still maintained? System Information: |
Hey @outline4, your problem is the propagation method. This is set to save to other sites in the same site group. Site Copy cannot break this restriction from Craft CMS. Site Copy only "catches" the available sites for this section from craft and get in your case only these from the same site group. Best regards Simon PS: The plugin owner seems to be changed. |
That's right. As part of our strategy we moved our "PHP developer" division to our sister company Neustadt which is part of our group UNION (https://union-group.ch/de/). So no worries, the project is in good hands and we vouch for them! Regards, |
Ok, no worries. The plugin might be interesting in other projects. Still: The "Automatic copy" should restrict it the same way as in an entry. |
Hi,
I like the idea that you can copy content from one site to the other.
I need to be able to copy content from one site to anther site that is not within the same sitegroup.
Since my sites are fairly independent, I have the entries option "Save entries to other sites in the same site group" enabled. But I still want to be able to copy from one site to another that is not in the same group.
I only get to copy it within the same site group:
Strange enough I can do this within the Automatic Copy:
But I prefer to do this manually because those entries must be able to drift away from each other.
Could you somehow enable this?
Cheers
Stefan
