Dispatch workflow is not updating all repositories #76

  1. The search is limited to 100 per page and only checks the first page, but our org contains 260+ repos in the meantime
  2. When asking for per_page=100 you get back 21 entries, running it again gives 69, then 37, ... Even with &order=asc&sort=indexed" on the search the results are "random".

The second point makes me wonder, if we would be better of, looping over our org and then manually checking each repo for the file
