New collectives do not have the created by avatar

When i create a new collective
I see the landing page on top of the collective without any user avatar.
I would expect to see my avatar because i created the collective.

I thought we had fixed this in the meantime but we had not.

I think this was about creating an entry for the Readme file in the pages table when creating the collective.
