Keyboard interrupt #12

Is there a keyboard interrupt error? I tried to run

vcfSNVfstats -i myFile.var.flt.vcf.gz -c 1

and keep getting caught in an endless loop, that does not respond to keyboard interrupt. Thanks!

I think the code may be broken at the moment. If you file a bug report I’ll see if I can fix it.
