General approach relating to Hibernate 6.0

I'd like to discuss how we should approach the major changes coming in Hibernate (Java) 6.0. I'm a big fan of the idea of the Semantic Query Model, but I'm not sure I'm a fan of the way they have implemented it. I may be, but I'm just not sure yet.

How compatible is NHibernate with Hibernate's specifications?

I think Hibernate has a lot of features that NHibernate doesn't have. Could we build a matrix to compare the two libraries?

That could have some merit, at least as basis for discussion. NHibernate offers some unique features too, so it will never ever again be considered a "port". More a sibling.
